About HGH - Human Growth Hormone

About HGH - Human Growth Hormone

HGH or human growth hormone is the latest new anti aging treatments but do the facts justify the hype? The HGH levels are at best in the human body around the age of 21 and up to 30 years. As we grow older especially around 30 years, natural levels of HGH drop quite rapidly in our body. It is estimated that every 10 years, HGH level drops by 14% which leads to lesser energy and more fatigue as we grow older.

Many of the HGH products are extremely expensive versions of the amino acids and claim to provide an increase in growth hormone into the body.

Some of these products do work, but often at a large price and under doctor prescription. Pure HGH injections prescribed by a doctor can run from ($75+/day) for HGH injection.

A 10 year study just completed in June 1998 for the National Institute of Aging state the results with human growth hormone, also known as HGH "are too good to be true!"

This blog will provide information on HGH products, liquid/oral spray supplements, topical HGH releasing creams, HGH releasing herbal capsules, direct injections of synthetic HGH, homeopathic HGH, and other anti aging supplements.

We will try to highlight the benefits and limitations to HGH and review and rank the best HGH products on the market.
